WE WILL GET THROUGH
THIS TOGETHER

By working together with government, local businesses, foundations, trusts, and philanthropists in an effort to make it easy for front-line human and social service organizations to rapidly respond to effects of COVID-19 as they work to serve our community's most vulnerable residents.

United Way of Chatham-Kent is pleased to provide support to local community service organizations that provide rapid, emergency community support to vulnerable community members.

Applications are made available and reviewed locally.

Our aim is to make this application process simple.

THE CO INVESTMENT PROCESS

As pressing needs emerge through the discovery conversations, they will be prioritized through human and social stabilization lens in a 3-tiered investment strategy. This will allow the emergency resources available to be distributed to organizations working in Chatham-Kent within a 14 day time period.

As needs evolve day-by-day this one step funding process aims to keep things as simple as possible so organizations can focus on their work in the community rather then lengthy grant proposals.
